Recently I’ve noticed a growing problem. Right around my waistline. You know what I’m talking about fellas. Hours and hours spent on the couch watching our favorite sports has taken a toll. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t regret my sports viewing addition. Oh, hell no. There are just certain realities that need to be addressed and dealt with, and right now those realities have to do with my gut. In all honestly, if my partner hadn’t said anything I might not be all fired up to be so proactive in addressing my weight gains but she’s been hammering me pretty good for the last few month so action had to be taken.
Seeing as I had a good amount of weight to lose I knew I was going to need to adapt a slow and steady mindset. I wasn’t going to get all fired up to try and lose 60 pounds in one month. Those crash and burn diets never work. What I wanted was something that would steadily allow me to make progress and get to my target weight. What I needed was something that was easy yet effective.
This led me to start investigating meal replacement shakes. I figured they had to be easy and I’ve heard that a decent number of them actual taste good. After doing some poking around I’ve finally settled on one called IdealShape. Over the next few months I’ll be checking in and letting you know about my progress (or lack thereof). But for now if you want some more information on the shake I’ve chosen you can click on the links below:
